Application for Parents Card

To all parents who wants to apply for the Parents Card, please use the link below:

Please login with parent’s phone number and fill in the applicant’s information and the applicant’s photo.

Please come to pick up the card “in person” at the RCHK Stationery shop and bring along your HKID.

The Stationery shop opening hours are:
